My back was still super tight from this week. I was cramping during my bench session Friday and today even with a long warmup, it wasn't gonna happen. I could barely tie my own shoes I was so tight.

Deadlift - 135x8, 225x3, 315x3, decided to take another 315 and Pebbles commented on how fucked I looked so I cut it.

GM - 135x forget it.

KB Swings - 103x15x3
KB Obliques - 103x8x4
Farmer's Carry Shrug - 3x12
High Pulley Obliques - 2x10
Reverse Barbell Wrist Curls - 3x12
