Reverse Band Press - went up to 455x3, and 495x1. Shoulders felt like shit so I stopped there. Shit, I just checked and 515 was my PR. I could have broke that easily.
Rolling Dumbell Ext - 45x10, 50x10, 55x10, 60x8, 65x8
T-Bar Row - 2pl x15, 3pl x12, 4plx10x3
Dumbell Clean - 3x10

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.

I'm a long time watcher and I just imagined I'd stop by and say hello there for that first time. I actually get pleasure from your posts. Cheers
