Passed out after I set the 385 down. Thought I was dying when my face and lips went numb.
GHR - 4x8 w/15 lb medicine ball
Various pull down abs/obliques - 5 sets
Very depressed today. I miss my Mom. Must eat more. I'm down to 233.
