Forgot my Chucks, during my week of forget everything, at the hotel. Didn't feel like driving back so it was floor press.
CG Floor Press - barx 15, 95x5, 135x5, 185x3, 225x3, 275x3, 315x3, add huge chain over bar 315x1, add another chain 315x1 x2
These chains must have weighed an assload because I barely got the 2 chains the first time. Second time was better. We need some of these chains.
