SSB High Box (16") SQ - bar x 5, 135x3, 185x3, 225x3, 315x3, 365x3, 405x3, 455x0, add belt 455x2 first time PR

Tom lifted the bar up on one side racking the 455 no belt and injured my lower back. Started to feel really bad later.

45 Degree Hyperextension - 3x10 4" in cambered bar + light bands
Rev. Hypers - 4x10
AB Wheel - 3x15
