I hate training by myself so I just jumped in with my buddy Johnny and did whatever him and his client did.

15 minutes treadmill

315 x 10 These were with no straps and the best that it's felt in a while. The key to getting my deadlift back up is going to be heavy bent over rowing.

That's all I did tonight, the reps of ten were kicking my ass!!

I weighed 240 this morning so I have 35 pounds to go. I plan to compete at the Texas Cup in November as a 198!!

Plan: 1 hour of fasted cardio first thing in the morning 5-7 days per week. Workout 3-4 days per week.
Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Tri's
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Back and Bi's
Day 4: extra stuff

7:00am 4 omega 3 eggs

9:30am 50grams of whey, 1/2 cup almonds, walnuts, cashews

12:00pm 8oz Chicken, 1/2 cup almonds, walnuts, cashews

3:00pm 6-8oz 50grams whey, 1/2 cup almonds, walnuts, cashews

Post-workout Isopure, 2 tablespoon anpb

Supper 4 omega 3 eggs or red meat
