Well, I'm sick as hell, I feel like crap, I can't breathe, my whole body is achy and I've gained 20 pounds from the cortizone pack. I weighed 260 this morning!! But, I had a job to do. I had to squat 715 today. My gear almost didn't fit because of the weight gain. It took me an hour to get my briefs and suit on!! Here's how it went.

For some reason, I'm not getting my feet far enough up under the mono, I need to work on my position and core and I'll be bcak to my old self. Things are progressing since the injury, just not as quickly as I would like.

That's all I had time for, will hit my assistance work at Strouds tomorrow. Overall, I am dissapointed in my performance.
